Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
Shipping Method:
We currently ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Delivery Times:
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver parcels within 1–2 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays:
We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is provided, additional charges may apply for redelivery or reshipment.
Damaged or Lost Parcels:
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist.
